STAY AWAY. Horrible company that steals your money. Rescheduled delivery 8 times and says there is a a driver shortage but when I talk to the delivery driver at my work they say it’s an outright lie. Reported to the county and BBB.

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Prior to moving to downtown Phoenix another company delivered my water and there was never a problem. Once I moved out of Scottsdale it's as if they no longer wanted my business. The first delivery name came. Second delivery they delivered 5, 5 gallon bottles OUTSIDE of my two story building, although I gave them very specific instructions on how to access my building. I had to bring them all up on my own as my husband is a disabled vet. Not to mention the empty bottles they didn't pick up at my door because they never came in. I called and spoke to someone several times asking them to please deliver the bottles to my door, but after that, they just stopped coming. I would receive an email saying that my delivery is upcoming and they would just never come. This has been happening for months now leaving me with 12 empty bottles that I have been charged for a bottom loader dispenser that I can't use unless I go fill up the large bottles of water on my own. This is just ridiculous. I do not recommend this company.

Customer support will tell you anything to make you happy without actually doing anything for you. They will lie to your face. I’ve had my water delivery delayed 5 days and I call everyday to ask abt it and they say “it’ll come tmr” it’s been 5 days since the scheduled delivery date and it’s yet to come.
