- CSChristopher SantanaAug 21, 20251.0Primo Water Refill services have let us down for the second time. They have failed to provide water service to a paying customer, missing two scheduled visits already. Out of concern for retaliation, I will not mention our company name. Our lead admin spent over four hours of her day making repeated calls to reach their customer service team who were nearly impossible to contact and very rude once reached. They committed to sending an emergency refill today due to our office being completely out of water. To ensure enough water, our manager even stopped filling her own 5 gallon water bottle in order to save water for our clients. We called again today to confirm service, and were reassured it would arrive. Our admin even sacrificed her evening, staying until 6 pm to ensure the delivery arrived. But with low expectations, they outdid themselves and did a no call no show. We are now looking for a new water service provider one that actually cares for its customers. I would leave 0 stars if possible.
