While I was in the personnel's office, she took another customer before finishing with me instead of having this client wait. It would have been more professional for her to finish up with me and then answer any questions that that customer may have had.

They bought it and now I can't get a hold of anyone to see how I'm going to make payments using a different bank. They cancelled my debit cards and issued new ones and it's been over 10 days and still don't have one. I was already setting up to change banks but I cannot access any of my accounts.
- DDDRCHOct 12, 20211.0Horrible atrocious bank! They do not own their credit card you make a payment it takes a few days to clear. You lose a credit card it’s mailed to your address…does you a lot of good when you are OUT OF STATE! Customer service is awful! I have points being taken away each month because they have a limit on how long you can use your points. I have been with this bank for ten years because family has it in Pittsburgh and Michigan.
