  Great customer service here. There is only one thing. While I was in the personnel's office, she took another customer before finishing with me instead of having this client wait. It would have been more professional for her to finish up with me and then answer any questions that that customer may have had.

  Worst experience with any bank. BBVA was great. PNC gives no access to accounts, no ability to fix anything to view accounts. No information. Horrible bank.

  Was with BBVA, happy. PNC, absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. Cards locked out for some transactions, not for others....no reason as to why. First, tried sending money via Venmo, which I've been using for 4 years no problem...now withdrawals money but is blocked. Venmo doesn't have records of transaction nor does the recipient. Called back and after prolonged time on hold, tell me nothing they can do. Venmo says bank has locked the charge, bank customer service advised never heard of Venmo and to wait or call Venmo again to see if it's an issue on their end. Never been an issue for the past 4 years, heavily doubt it's Venmo since the card doesn't even work consistently...out hundreds now until they figure out what the hell they're doing wrong. Tried to pay car payment, says address mismatched...been using same card and the same address for 5 years, forced over to PNC now can't even pay a single bill... really hope you're willing to pay late fees because now I'm unable to reach anyone to figure out what's going on. Why would you not have people working on Saturday WHEN YOU KNOW there's issues going on.
