I was sent to someones voicemail and i left a very detailed message. 24 hours have gone by and still no call back. I just called back and whoever answered the phone was all annoyed and sounded like she was on her cell phone and i interrupted her. She then went on and made excuses about why they are not getting back to me. First impressions are important. If this is how they handle new customers i am shocked they are still in business.
