She explained everything about how the packing of the accordion needed to go per store standards, listened to my understanding of how the company I’m shipping to needed it packed, and we found a perfect solution to accommodate everyone. She was empathetic to my giving up this sentimental instrument that was my father’s. She was pleasant, asked questions, made small talk and was incredibly professional. THIS is the type of customer service everyone deserves.
