- JQJuan Carlos Castro QuinteroMay 31, 20251.0The lady attending shipping area need an intensive training on customer service and basic polite maners, she does not even said Hi when I enter into the store, she completelly showed with her body language that my presence in the store bothered her, I did not got her name, she was rude, Fedex store normally are attended by polite and profesional staff, that lady has no clue that she was hired to PROVIDE A SERVICE to people that pay for it, dont know her name but another shopper will findout. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

It took a while for them to get the email with the file I needed to print but everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking. Decent prices. 19 cents for each printed page, $3.99 for a discounted ream of letter size paper.
