    Super busy location downtown hard to find parking and the employee working today definitely was not having a good day not very friendly. I shipped a package and felt like I bothered this location and employee…I had a prepaid ship label and a small box..8:50am 10/8/2025

    First of all, attitude is everything and the lady here this morning was not very friendly at all. Purple hair don’t care, apparently. 2nd I was told that if she can’t inspect my package and repack it for a fee, then I can’t file a claim if they damage it. What? That doesn’t even make sense. That’s like strong armed robbery. Oh if I can’t charge you an additional fee on your package, the we won’t pay for it if we damage it! What a joke, will never use FedEx again and will only be using USPS and UPS. At least they don’t try to rob me blind and then threaten my package. You’ve lost mine and my companies business in this one. Last time I went here to ship some laptops, I didn’t have any sort of issues either. So it’s either the person you have working there currently or policy has gone to crap quick.

    This is my most positive Fedex Office experience ever. Chris is my hero today. He was able to help me with a large-format print job and worked a miracle in just a couple of hours. THANK YOU so very much for the fantastic service.
