Purple hair don’t care, apparently. 2nd I was told that if she can’t inspect my package and repack it for a fee, then I can’t file a claim if they damage it. What? That doesn’t even make sense. That’s like strong armed robbery. Oh if I can’t charge you an additional fee on your package, the we won’t pay for it if we damage it! What a joke, will never use FedEx again and will only be using USPS and UPS. At least they don’t try to rob me blind and then threaten my package. You’ve lost mine and my companies business in this one. Last time I went here to ship some laptops, I didn’t have any sort of issues either. So it’s either the person you have working there currently or policy has gone to crap quick.
