I dropped a phone off to be packaged and returned to Apple at this location. The package Apple received did not contain the device.

went to have some greeting cards made using photos of my artwork from my phone. it's been several months since. I'm an older person who isn't real phone savvy so I had a hard time with emailing them to the store , which is what you have to do to get them printed from your phone...I can't say specifically what happened but she somehow made me feel stupid and I ended up crying. ...but eventually had around 4 multiples of around 10 designs. I can say she really knew what she was doing and they turned out very good but wouldn't be ready till the following day.. the only real complaint I have is that it was more expensive than I anticipated ....you are charged for each card, and envelopes are extra, but it cost me $8 service charge extra for her to position every 3 individual designs on half the page so it could be folded into a card. it was around $30 charge just to position 12 different designs individually for a card in addition to the charge for printing each one and then envelopes. since I asked for multiples of each it ended up costing over $100... it was kind of a shock I hadn't anticipated.. I used to have them printed in the past several years before when an additional charge wasn't required just to position a photo on half the side of the page so you could fold it into a greeting card... used to be they would print a card for you right there so you could see if it came out ok before you asked for multiples. sometimes they print out too dark for example and then you have to discard them as unsatisfactory...that's why I didn't like having to wait till the following day to go get them. I don't plan on going back there for cards as the cost was just more than what I expected... the quality of the cards was good though, so if the cost doesn't bother anyone I wouldn't discourage anyone from having cards printed there....$8 extra for positioning each of 3 different designs on a page is a bit much....
