They got a new printer for blueprints and etc. The thing takes forever to process a document, and times out frequently. When I asked for help the lady at the counter seemed very annoyed that I wouldn't know that their new fancy printer can't do it's job like it should, and then this last trip they got annoyed that we were taking so long on the printer. We will find another place to print documents moving forward so we don't inconvenience the staff any further.
