  I come here to print. Everything else is ridiculously expensive. Do your research on canvas prints, shipping, photos, etc., before you purchase from here.

  I have had consistently poor experiences at this particular FedEx Office, but today really took the cake. I wanted to send documents over with a return label. Simple right? Not at this location. No. I would have had better service at the local MVD (DMV for those of you not from AZ). The first guy asked me if I had a FedEx account. I told him that I did, and asked if he could he look up my account number with my name? He replied, "Sorry, we don't do that anymore." So I said fine, I'll do it without my FedEx account. Response: "Sorry, you can't get a return label without a FedEx account." So I stepped out of the line and tried to find my account using my iPhone. That took a while. When I finally was in my account, I had to update my address and my credit card number. Then I went to the back in line. This time, I was being taken care of my a nice lady. But she was new and she had to ask someone else pretty much every step of the way. But the other guy was actually very helpful and polite. All the details were entered. She had access to my account. I approved the transaction. The nice guy left. Then she says, it's not accepting your payment method. I said I just updated it. She said that it takes 24-hours to update in the system. I said no problem, I have a credit card with me and I'll just use that. She informed me that I have to use the credit card on file. And I have to use my FedEx account, otherwise I can't get a return label. I asked for the nice guy, but she told me he'd left for his lunch break. No other solution was offered. After half an hour of third-world bureaucracy, I walked out, not having been able to complete this very important and time-dependent transaction. I'd love to say, "Never again," but unfortunately, in some cases, like this one, I have no other choice but to use FedEx. At least I can write a review so that someone who does have a choice and can go to the UPS store, will think twice before going to this FedEx Office.

  Wow! The amount of personalized custom detail that I received 2 nights ago when I ventured into this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Ahwatukee for help with my Christmas letter was off the charts! FedEx customer service agent, Jason went above and beyond to help me with my rough draft Xmas letter that I brought in on my USB. He helped me edit to keep it all on my preferred single page format and he assisted me in finding a few other items in the store that I needed to complete my purchase. His colleague, Jeremy was also very nice to work with. I will return to give this FedEx location more of my business due to Jason's kindness, professionalism and care...he truly went above the call of duty and you don't see this level of excellence every day. Please commend Jason...and Jeremy, too!
