The amount of personalized custom detail that I received 2 nights ago when I ventured into this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Ahwatukee for help with my Christmas letter was off the charts! FedEx customer service agent, Jason went above and beyond to help me with my rough draft Xmas letter that I brought in on my USB. He helped me edit to keep it all on my preferred single page format and he assisted me in finding a few other items in the store that I needed to complete my purchase. His colleague, Jeremy was also very nice to work with. I will return to give this FedEx location more of my business due to Jason's kindness, professionalism and care...he truly went above the call of duty and you don't see this level of excellence every day. Please commend Jason...and Jeremy, too!
