My package was supposed to be delivered and I patiently waited for it, but the driver never arrived, yet suddenly marked it as "attempted to deliver". The package didn't require a signature, so it should've just been left at my door. I have ring cameras, so the fact that it was even "attempted" was a lie, she never came to my apartment at all. I'm assuming she just didn't want to deal with delivering in an apartment complex. I reached out to customer service about the issue and required a signature upon redelivery, which they told me would be sometime tomorrow. Suddenly (about 3 hours after the original "attempt") I get a notification on my camera and low and behold, there's the driver that never showed up the first time. She scanned the package, then stood there typing, but never knocked, rang the doorbell, or had me sign for my package; just dropped it at the door and left. At this point I'm wondering if she forged my signature considering I told them I would like to require a signature for redelivery. Regardless, I feel like she shouldn't be delivering packages if she can't do her job properly.
