  I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this UPS location. The staff is not friendly at all and seem to lack basic customer service. There’s no greeting when you walk in, and no effort to engage or even acknowledge customers. The store itself is extremely crowded — it’s often hard just to get in the door because of the long lines and packages stacked throughout the space. It feels disorganized and overwhelming. The parking situation makes things even worse. The lot is tight with awkward angles, making it very difficult to navigate or even turn around. It adds unnecessary stress to what should be a quick stop. We will absolutely go out of our way to avoid this location in the future. If you have the option, I highly recommend going to the location on 67th and Happy Valley — the experience there is night and day.

  Grandma asked if someone could assist with bringing in a 20lb package. A young blond-haired girl said “that they don’t have enough staff to help” I suppose grandma needs to find another place where they actually means “where here to help” when they say it. Don’t use this place. They are mean people who don’t care.

  I always receive excellent service at this UPS location. When I brought my package today it was in & out in 5 minutes.

  I arrived at this location three minutes before the posted closing time and was refused service. The doors were already locked, despite several customers still inside waiting to be helped. I was told they were “closed” because there were “too many people inside.” Employees appeared visibly upset about helping the remaining customers and yelled from behind the counter that the store was closed, rather than addressing people professionally. As one customer exited, I briefly held the door to try to speak with an employee. A female employee came from behind the counter, pulled the door from my hand, and shut it rudely, without explanation or courtesy. To make matters worse, a UPS truck driver leaving the area made a sarcastic remark implying customers shouldn’t “save returns for the last minute.” Posted business hours exist for a reason — showing up three minutes before closing is still within business hours, the same as arriving an hour earlier. I understand end-of-day stress, but locking doors early, refusing service within posted hours, yelling at customers, and physically pulling a door shut is unacceptable. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I will think twice before using this location again.
