  Placed an online order and it was ready within a few hours. Toni called to confirm the orientation of our brochures just to make sure it was done properly. This location actually paid attention to the order details like double-sided, paper type, and fold requirement. Thank you!

  I can’t believe the experience I had at this location, I was totally ignored. From the first moment I came through the door. I was never greeted or acknowledge like at the other location I will also be doing a review about. I looked for the scan machine I used at the other location. When I located the scan machine and I couldn’t remember how we scanned and emailed my documents I looked around for assistance and the two elderly ladies were busy talking behind the counter. So I waited because I know they have orders that they needed to complete. After five minutes Still no one acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. No one ever said hello or welcome so I waited a little longer. I looked at my last receipt from my first visit using the scan printer, but it didn’t give me any information. When I decided to ask the ladies for assistance they were nowhere to be found. They were no longer at the counter, but I could still hear them talking they never stopped talking, so I continued to wait because I still could hear them talking. But after being in the store at least 10 minutes alone with no one acknowledging me I decided to Google the other store to see what time they closed. I saw that I had time to make it there even though it would mean Friday evening traffic driving completely on the other side of town, but it was going to be worth it. I walked out of the store. No one ever came to the counter wherever they were in the back, they continually talked with one another and I could’ve done anything in that store alone for those 10 minutes. I took a picture of the store number outside to remind myself to do a review. My visit was on April 10 between the hours of 5 o’clock and 5:30 PM at 8325 W. Bell Rd Ste 100 Peoria, Az 85382 worst customer service ever, I thought it was very rude but I find that a lot in that area. Customer Service is just not at the top of their list in most places so I just leave. My future business and every senior citizen that I can get to listen will be going to the other location. I drove across town just to go where I would be treated like I was welcomed and special. While I was there I took a picture of Claire helping another senior citizen while she was also helping me. I will be posting it on the review for her location: Best location ever!.. 5880 W Thunderbird Rd Ste 1 Glendale, AZ 85306 You have an awesome employee in Claire and her team, we need more like them. Trust me I know I’m a retired customer service manager and an Army Veteran. I always return where the customer service is the best. Thank you and Blessings.

  Tried to drop off a package that was ready to ship and was told because it had a hazard label that was scribbled out they couldn’t ship it. I offered to peel the label off and was told no. I asked why and explained again the contents were not hazardous, was told it doesn’t matter because it once had hazardous materials in it. The hazardous material was lithium batteries in a thermostat. I asked if it didn’t have the scribbled out label on it when i walked in would that have been ok? I was told no. I asked how would you have known? No answer and was told you need to put it in a different box or buy a new box. I took the package back to my car, peeled the label off and took it to the next closest Fed-X drop off with no problem. I left 2 stars because the Mensa student who told me no was very polite.
