I go to check my mail and I have an orange redelivery notice. I have a ring camera no one ever came to my house. This is the second time this has happened when waiting for a package. The mail boxes are literally steps from my house.

There is a huge gentleman, with glasses, who was very dismissive towards me and didn’t care to help me. He told me I did everything incorrectly and that there is no payment done by me. He set me to the side to fill out a form. “Do it the old fashioned way,” Not once did he ask me to pull up an email or try to be a problem solver. I was able to pull up the email for proof, jump back in line, and the other gentleman helped me within two seconds as Mr. Big guy sat and watched. He should have apologized for being dismissive and not listening to me, I hate coming to places where services is crap and they treat you like crap because they are miserable. Thank you so much to the other gentleman who helped me and watched everything happen.
