  This place is a joke. My established company had been paying for a mail box here for 3 months. I have yet to receive one piece of mail. They have had me sign the same USPS document 3 times claiming it’s my fault because this document hasn’t been signed. Further more, they don’t even have me listed as the person on the mail box, only my wife who is not the primary member of my company. I have provided 2 forms of ID 2 dadgum times and they still have not added me to the box. Furthermore, the last time I was in, today, to give them the same document for the third time.. they are blaming me for not filling out a change of address with the post office… they even debated me and told me it was my fault after providing the documentation showing that I changed my address 3 months ago. The employees here have absolutely no clue what’s going on or how to conduct business. My last gripe is that I went in to have documents printed, and once they were printed the employee had to call someone to figure out how to charge me. Are they hiring idiots? Are they not trained, or do they just not give a crap about the consumer? Good luck, I would choose a different option. My mailboxes will be canceled, my lawyer will recoup my money, my time and my mental distress as well as business losses due to missing checks and missing tax documents.

  I had such a good experience at this UPS Store thanks to the manager, Alissia. She was so patient the whole time, even with all the chaos going on around her. Nothing seemed to bother her — she just kept helping people, answering questions, and even picking up phone calls like it was no big deal. She made sure everyone felt seen and kept reassuring us that she’d be right with us. Honestly, you don’t run into people like her very often anymore. This UPS Store is lucky to have her.

  Much faster service than the U.S. Post Office. Friendly service, and they keep my most used addresses on file. It's also a quick and easy way to return Amazon items.

  Alessia has the best experience when I go to the UPS. And I mess up my Amazon returns. She is so helpful. She doesn't make me dumb. She always says I'll see you next time. Always says thank you for coming in.

  Alissa Fernandez, manager at the N. Lake Pleasant Rd branch is Peoria has got to be the most incredible manager there is, hands down! We had a very trying time packing up our great aunt’s apartment after her passing. Alissa was compassionate, understanding, and extraordinarily helpful. She helped us condense our packing boxes to a manageable volume, and took care of ensuring that all of the belongings were safe and protected. All while assisting the other members of the staff deal with the overwhelming number of holiday customers! We cannot thank her enough for her assistance .
