Every time I've gone in there there's been somebody standing at the desk with an attitude acting like they're owed the world because they're mailing a package. I've been going here off and on for almost 8 years. They've never lost a package. I've never had an issue with them. I have returned more Amazon packages than I can remember and I've never had anything not show up where it's supposed to. They get the job done. This business is not here to treat you like the princess that you are. They're here to get the work done. And they accomplish that just fine.
