  I have never experienced worse customer service at a UPS Store. The employee assisting me had a very unprofessional attitude and was unwilling to help in a respectful or courteous manner. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism and communication. Management should consider additional customer service training or hiring staff with stronger customer-facing experience. This was a very disappointing experience.

  Came here to drop off Amazon package - two baby gates in their individual boxes - the young girl working said I either need two bar codes or one box, since I only had one bar code. I asked about taping everything together she said “well we’ll have to charge for that and there’s no guarantee they’ll get both” I said okay I’ll guess I’ll be back, she said “most people just call and get a second QR code” I explained it’s on my spouses account, she said “it’s just as easy for him to call and get the code”. Her sassy attitude and tone of talking down to me and like I’m stupid was less than helpful not to mention the sassy body language to go with it. How one says things - tone, body language and words matter. Could’ve spoken more kindly and professionally to me as well as provided the option of boxing it up for me, especially since I’m there with my baby in a stroller. We will be driving the extra distance to avoid this particular location in the future.

  So as a previous UPS store owner i can firmly say this store does not train its employees well ( NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT) the owners are never there, i assume they bought this business for their son, ive met him a few times, no personality , i feel like he doesnt even care about the business. The only good employee is the hispanic girl ( sorry i dont know names) Every single time there is a long wait! As the line gets longer out of three people working only one is helping customers and he is chatting it up with whoever he is helping ( nothing wrong with customer service, but there is a line), the other one is doing tasks that could be done when there are no customers. But all that is fixable all of that is just teens working. The absolute worst part of this particular business is the owners. I hate to talk bad about small business owners, especially a U. P s store but I do not see this business staying open for more than a couple more years. Unless they really buckle down and focus on their customers and business.

  I love 💕 the employees that work here. Each one is very kind , efficient & proficient. They are eager to help. All of them are very hard workers. They get the job done right & have a great attitude. They provide excellent customer service. They love their job. They are such a blessing to me & my family. May God bless them all with a wonderful Happy New year in 2026. May all their dreams come true. Amen 🙏
