This is now the 3rd consecutive time we have went in for TSA PreCheck sign up with appointments and the 3rd time met with a sign they are not in that day and the store has nothing for us. Not even a courtesy email or call saying our TSA employee quality is horrible and attendance stinks. Just the person didn't show up. Staples you align your brand to partners, you might want to establish better process so your brand isn't tarnished because of incompetent employees you may or may not have control of.

I went twice to ask about my order, and the first time they said they hadn't sent the ink, the second time they said it was damaged and they didn't think the orders would be ready for Christmas, so I should cancel my order and they would refund my money... I told them that wasn't what I wanted, that there was no solution, and they left me talking to myself. I waited 20 minutes and they never answered me.

They should not be getting Paid To Be Horrible At Their Job & To Be RUDE to people. If they were nice & helpful to my son I would never have taken the time to think twice about the whole experience, even never being notified that my order was indeed ready to be picked up still two days later, and Certainly Would Never Have Taken My Personal Time to write a bad review. It just takes kindness to help make even bad situations better. 💞 I wish these two rude guys a very Blessed Christmas & rest of their Holiday Season and pray they aren’t treating others rudely like this🙏✝️💟

They explained problems with the printer and the delay, and then answered all my follow-up questions. I really don’t mind the delay at all because of them so I have to give them a big thank you! :)
