The staff and service at this location are terrible. Not very friendly or helpful at all! I’ve done so much business with staples and this is definitely the worst experience I’ve encountered by far. Before even being acknowledged you have to wait for their staff to complete their side conversations only to feel rushed or not helped at all. I highly recommend you find another source for your printing needs.

Awful experience: Went here to get my TSA precheck verification done. I drove an hour to get there only to walk in and the rude manager tell me the hours are not as listed online. See the attached photo. Travel Services are listed open from 8 to 8. The manager asked what I was looking for and I informed him TSA Precheck verification, he then in a condescending tone informed me that the travel services are only open until 5pm. I told him their travel hours are listed 8 to 8 and he told me that doesn't make sense and then told me I was lying about the hours even after I showed them to him on my phone. He said they only have one person that does these verifications and it would not make sense to work her 12 hours and I agree, but why not have more than one person to cover the hours listed on the site? You can make an appointment for this, but it also says you can walk in. He then informed me that they do not accept walk ins even though on the TSA precheck website it states you do not need an appointment for any locations but can make one if you want. Anyway I will be avoiding all Staples locations from now on.

I went in this morning and stood by the area about 10 mins to order business cards waiting for the employee to approach me. He went from behind the counter had a conversation with three employees by the front registers. He then returned to the area by me and went back to work. It's like I wasn't standing there. I made eye contact with a female employee. She used her radio to contact the male employee. I told her i was trying to order business cards. I was so made at that point. I told her i would comeback at a later time and see if i can get help. She did say the male i was waiting for was the supervisor. This was a very bad experience.

Got there about 9am (an hour after opening) and asked the employee Ramyl where to go for Amazon returns (as I usually return my Amazon packages to UPS - so this was my first time doing it at a Staples); he didn't even respond but instead pointed to the arrows on the floor. First red flag. Then I proceeded to get in line and stood there for awhile while Ramyl did things behind the counter not even acknowledging the line that was forming. I assumed he was helping the person in front of me and maybe her order was complex or something. That in fact was not the case as he began talking to Tiffany and some other employees from across the store as they all started complaining, becoming irritated and visibly frusturated. Tiffany comes literally stomping over, heavy breathing and obviously irritated that she had to do her job and help those of us returning Amazon packages (not sure why Rimayl couldn't also help since he was sitting over there the entire time 🤷‍♀️). I watched Tiffany help the lady in front of me in the most rude and inconsiderate manner and then proceed to literally throw her Amazon return into a box. I was next and was so beside myself that I made it a point to ask her if they were waiting on an employee who normally does the Amazon returns or something and her reply was "no, it's fine"....um okay then. The lady who was in front of me was waiting for her receipt to print so her and I looked at each other in just shock after Tiffany's reply to me. Once my returns were done I again watched Tiffany THROW both of my items into the Amazon return box (I mean thank goodness they weren't breakable but what if they had been-that could've affected whether Amazon would've accepted the return or not). As I was leaving Tiffany stomped, huffed and puffed back over to the other employees and I heard them once again start complaining. I still am in shock about this whole interaction! You do realize you all are in a customer service focused job right? Clearly none of you seemed to care or even want to be there so why are you? There are so many people who'd gladly take a job right now so maybe you should find another profession where you don't have to interact people. I sure hope the manager sees this and knows what kind of employees they have and who they have representing their company. Do better!

I found an old newspaper article of my husband's Mom. The article has to be at least 60 years old and is very fragile. I stopped by Staples off West Bell Road in Peoria AZ last Monday to have photo copies printed up for my husband's family. I needed 7 photo copies printed. I picked out a matte finish for the copies I needed. The girl behind the counter printed out one copy, and the next copy jammed in the printer. She came over to me and said the photo paper I chose keeps getting jammed in the printer. She said I can't copy anymore for you, it will take too long and I don't have time to copy anymore for you. She said she was busy and I would have to go somewhere else. I asked if there was another Staples close by so I could get these copies made. She looked up other Staples and found one on 43rd & Camelback road in east Glendale AZ. I was truly disappointed in her service. She didn't even try to help me out, and this meant a lot to me. I will never go back to this Staples again, 7865 West Bell Road Peoria, AZ 85382. I decided to go back to that Staples and ask for a manager. The manager I spoke with said I refused to take directions from him earlier when I was there, I said I didn't refuse directions I told you I will google the address. He also refused to do the job for me, then he decided they would try it again and if the paper gets jammed I would have to go to another location. The paper got jammed again. I asked him why they offer the paper I chose to have copies made of if there printer wouldn't do the job for me. He said there could be something wrong with the printer. The Emplyoyee and the manager failed to finish my job. They were rude and didn't have very good customer service at all. I do not recommend this Staples to anyone! I went to the Staples at 4350 West Camelback Road Glendale, AZ. I was waiting in line to have my copies made. The manager came over and asked me if I needed any help. I shared the story with him about my encounter with the employees at the Staples at 7865 West Bell Road Peoria AZ. He took my photos and personally photo copied them himself. He handed them to me and said it was on him. I wasn't charged and he did an amazing job for me. I truly appreciated his kindness and professional manner. He is an amazing gentleman, I would recommend Staples at 43rd & Camelback Road Glendale, AZ. They have an amazing staff who is ready to help at any time. I give them ***** stars! Thank you, Sandy
