- MBMolly BubblesJan 28, 20261.0I was just told by a FedEx employee when I went to go pick up a Canva order that it wasn’t ready yet. And that he couldn’t communicate with me because I wasn’t his customer. He said I know that sounds weird but we’re not supposed to be in communication with you. This is a new one FedEx. Wow I thought anybody that walks through the door becomes a customer that’s doing business with you. First you steal my microwave off my porch and I can’t get through to Customer Service to file a complaint and now you tell me that I’m not your customer and you can’t communicate with me what happened to you?

He assisted in showing me how to purchase shipping label through EBay to save me more than half the cost. Very professional and knowledgeable. They don’t make employees like this anymore. I came in feeling really frustrated after being there for almost an hour trying to get my flyers printed — the other employees were kind, but they just didn’t quite understand what I needed. Tony overheard my frustration, immediately stepped in, and completely turned my experience around. He not only took the time to help me resize and design my flyers perfectly, but he also made sure I got a great price on them. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you, Tony — you turned a stressful situation into a great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back because of you.
