I constantly get the pink slip saying they couldn't deliver my package and to pick it up at the facility they never retry to send my packages either, and if I don't pick up my package within 10 days they send it back to the seller. You'd think that they'd make changes in order to compete with FedEx and UPS ( who actually deliver large packages to your door) but they refuse to be innovative, and that's why they're failing miserably. And I'd honestly pay more for good, quality service, and convenience.
