- BCbob curtisJun 12, 20255.0I have always enjoyed a positive and friendly experience with PostNet over the past several years, but nothing like I experienced over the last week! I had two separate orders from the same seller, the first of which arrived with the wrong item and the second item was way incorrect. I requested a refund or replacement and was instructed to take the item to a UPS facility, (PostNet in Payson being my favorite) and have them print out a shipping label found on my phone via a QR. I was told initially that PostNet was not in a position to do so, but after a very complex and thorough technical investigation by a skilled and knowledgeable PostNet associate, Antoinette, the shipping label was printed out, the item returned, and the second item was much easier as the mystery technology had been solved forever more. I am extremely grateful to Antoinette for going the extra technical mile and not giving in, and for whom, unfortunately, I cannot give a raise, but for whom I certainly CAN give well-deserved PRAISE‼️🤗

When I assumed out loud that it would be done today the annoyed lady helping said "it wont be done today". She stayed silent about when it would be done while she filled out my paper work. As I was leaving she said "we will call you when it's ready". So, I left without knowing when I would have my two papers printed. It was ready the next day but I couldnt pick it up because I was at work. For what was supposed to be a quick errand for me on my day off turned into me having to drive a hour round trip to come back. This place should have a self serve area for customers to use so overwhelmed employes or printers don't have to help cutomers with simple jobs. I'm highly considering buying my own color printer for home after this. I would have happily gone elsewhere for this service if I had known of another business in Payson that offers printing.
