I spoke with Akeem, who was so polite and efficient and made sure I would be getting my package easily. Right away on the phone I could tell he really cared about his work and helping people. Within a few minutes and simple questions I was off the phone and Akeem had the info he needed to find my package. So simple, quick and nice to talk to someone on the phone who knows what he’s doing and actually takes the time to understand what I needed. 10 stars on service and Akeem deserves all the praise for exceptional costumer care! Thank you Akeem!
