If I was president I would disband the USPS. They are more useless than the FBI. I have a package coming from MT to AZ. It has visited 15 Post Offices. Yesterday it arrived in Phoenix at 8 am. It sat around until 7 am today. At 8 am someone took it for a drive for 1 hour and returned it to the same PO. The at 10 am someone took it on another drive for 1 hour then returned it. Phoenix is not its final destination. Now someone has been driving it around for 8 hours and no one knows where it is. I wish I could say this is the 1st time this has happened, but it happens a lot.

Always the worst experience! Not only is the manager so rude, without proper training of HAZMAT or knowledge. You would think they would need some type of shipping and receiving training but they don’t. I had to ship an empty OXY bottle that’s was no longer considered hazardous because I took the proper precautions accordingly to the training that I took for shipping and receiving. And was good to ship as Hardware. Not only did I get eye rolls, but for the manager look me straight in the eye and say IDK nothing about ship HAZMat item. This is fEDERAL regulated facility. You would think they would need some type of a training to receive and ship. They’re the federal government post office for crying out loud with no training! I will always go to UPS 3rd party shipping place, before I could here to this USPS to ship anything.

Possibly the worst post office experience. A lot of mail is rejected or stolen and won’t be given to you. As a town known for tourists this is terrible service. Not everyone has keys, but needs to get their packages. Manager was just as helpless. Town needs to do something about this.

A couple of years ago I was traveling around the United States and had to leave from this area so I shipped all of my things all of my personal belongings about $20,000 worth of items that I’ve had forever. Designer bags, shoes, all kinds of stuff I didn’t have any other option but to send it through the post office and the employees at this post office stole all of my personal belongings and they just so happened to not be able to find the receipt and the Manager at that location led me through the system all the way to the postmaster General and I never got any return calls, and I tried to find my things for two years. They are flat out thieves, and they should be in jail
