  DELIA was exceptional. You should have her teach other UPS customer service! She was extremely busy and had a line full of people. She was ALL ALONE. Every single person including me left happy and was completely satisfied and taken care of!!!

  Cat was super patient and helpful in getting 3 packages shipped painlessly despite me forgetting my UPS labels. Nice staff and friendly environment.

  Delia deserves a raise!!!! Delia i don’t know if you’re listening but if you are, I hope both sides of your pillow are cold every night, I hope you hit every green light on the way home from work, I hope you find money in your coat pockets, I hope you wake up before your alarm and realize you have two hours of sleep left. Out of the five people we talked to that day you were the only helpful one and you had a great attitude about it!
