No where to sit and sign papers. Rushed. Have people all talking as I’m filling out the forms and so I spend 20$ on forms that’s the lady didn’t even verify. It says don’t fill out until with notary and she didn’t even check anything. I noticed my mistake afterwards. Still charged me and now I have unless documents. I have no choice but to go back or hire a lawyer to notarize my Living Will as no one does them. Just horrible service!!

I am beyond disappointed with the treatment my elderly parents (both in their 80s) received at this location. After calling a day in advance to confirm they could be assisted with notarizing five documents, they drove a significant distance to complete the notarization. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were met by Bill, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. When my parents explained what they needed, Bill’s immediate response was, "I don’t have time to do five documents." He spent the next five minutes repeatedly telling them how much of an inconvenience they were, repeating another 5 times that he didn't have time to notarize 5 documents. It was painful to watch my parents, who are nothing but kind, repeatedly apologize to him for simply being customers. Bill eventually passed us off to Emma, who was the only saving grace of this visit. She was sweet, patient, and professional. Meanwhile, Bill spent the following 20 minutes behind the counter doing menial tasks, refusing to help anyone else in the growing line, seemingly just waiting for his shift to end. The time it took Bill to pass us off to another team member and stand around doing nothing, he could have notarized the documents. Moreover, Bill could have simply stated the truth: "I'm off in the next 10 -15 minutes, and this will take longer than that; let me get you someone who can better assist." I suppose that is too much to ask for someone as important as Bill. To make matters worse, I spoke with the manager on duty, Jay, who appeared completely aloof and uninterested in the fact that his staff was mistreating senior citizens. This is not how you treat the elderly community, and it is certainly not how you run a business. Because of Bill’s behavior and Jay’s lack of accountability, we will never do business with a UPS store again. Ownership needs to address Bill’s attitude and the management’s indifference immediately. I hope no one ever has to deal with Bill, a man you can tell hates his life and job if he has to mistreat customers like this.

Being charged $3.50 to print a label to send something UPS at the UPS store is absolutely wild. Not sure how UPS even allows this Edit: it’s not about being frustrated with an unexpected charge. It’s more so that you take advantage of needing customers by charging 10-20X your nearest competitor for something that is really not an option once one is there and needing it. Staples charges $0.24 per page for B&W copies and your charge starts at $3.50. You know that virtually no one owns a printer anymore these days and you’re taking advantage of the fact that UPS requires these labels be printed as opposed to something you can just scan like how Amazon, FedEx and many others do it. This is predatory and basically just a great example of who you are and how you do business.
