  I use this UPS Store frequently for Amazon returns, and the staff is always helpful, polite, and professional. Recently, I was making a return when another customer ahead of me had 40+ packages to return, all with different return labels. The gentleman working was incredibly patient, handled everything with grace, and maintained a great attitude the entire time. It was impressive to see such excellent customer service and professionalism, even in a stressful situation. Great customer service all around!

  I went in and had to return 25+ items and all the orders were separate and the worker, Ash, helped me and was patient the whole time. He was very nice and very helpful.

  I don’t usually write reviews but I received such exceptional service that I thought it was important to share. I wish I could give 10 stars! The customer experience I had from this location was amazing! One of my Amazon returns got mixed up with some other return returns and left at the UPS store. As a result, it didn’t have a shipping tag. The owner of the store personally came to my home to get the shipping information so my package didn’t get lost. There are no words to describe my surprise of this remarkable act of customer service. In addition to this one very special situation, every time I go into the store, I’ve had great service.

  I’d give a zero if I could. I’ve had 5 packages not returned OR stolen. I get the same run around every time. They’re TERRIBLE at this location. Drive farther to save your sanity, money, time and hassle of fighting with them. It’s brutal. If I was the owner of this location, I would do a deep dive into the employees I’ve hired because they are not honest people. Do better.
