    The people who work here are misinformed and rude. I came here looking for a package from ups, they pointed to a full cart of boxes and told me that it was probably in "there" and that that won't get sorted for a couple weeks he claimed. Then he admitted they may have lost it. Usps in the 90s would never ever make a mistake. But today this location sucks. To admit it may be lost and that that happens regularly, is a shame. I had to order a new package and I did get that one fast. But a week or so after that I finally recieved my first box. Where the heck do thet get lost at? 🤷‍♀️

    been having issues with my packages not getting delivered or redelivered. went in today to try and pick them up and ask about some other specific issues i've had with deliveries with this usps location. i wasnt too hopeful because after i'd already called the usps call center a couple times my ticket was marked resolved even though my issue wasnt resolved and the reviews here looked pretty bad, plus when i tried calling the direct location number i hadn't gotten response. but coming in today i spoke with Cody who was very nice and professional, and he took notes on all my concerns and i felt like he really listened and cared about my concerns and helped me find my packages. i am still a bit frustrated with those delivery issues and anxiously hoping i dont have any more delivery issues with this usps location in the future but im glad Cody was there to help me. i wanted to give usps a 1 star rating but im making this a 3 star rating because Cody gets 5 stars from me. thank you Cody if you are reading this :)

    I accidentally dropped a UPS package off at this location, which in my home location. I called the next day when I realized and the man who answered was rude and short and said the package was sent to UPS that day, without knowing any of my information. Two days later, after nothing was received by UPS I went to this location and spoke to a teller who was extremely blasé and told me they take the packages to UPS and they could sit in a bin for 2 weeks before they get to them but again the package was taken to UPS without any other information on the package. When I asked where they are taken and just shrugged and said somewhere off Van Buren. I called UPS who confirmed they often receive packages from USPS but assured it should not take 2 weeks to get scanned in. The customer service at this location is terrible. Someone from there took my items costing over $200 home for themselves. Disgusted with the lack of care from this place and it’s employees.
