Angela went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal for the postage and had everything prepared correctly. She even reminded me to keep track of the tracking number she provided, which I really appreciated. Despite being the only one working at the time, she was incredibly efficient, fast, and kind throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service, thank you, Angela!
