We had everything ready. Including pictures. All they had to do was approve. BTW open appointments out until end of October.

I put my mail on hold because Im moving and came in to pick up mail and they can’t find it really?!! My packages say per customer request it is being held at post office but ok I leave because I’m to tired to deal with this so i come back the next day and the worker wrote down my name and address went back and found all my mail……. today i’m here and just been waiting at pickup counter. Bell was rang 2xs and nothing. Still waiting! Makes no sense omgee

While the USPS advertises that they accept walk-ins, Bob seems to have made it his mission to make walk-in customers feel like an inconvenience. His attitude is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering basic courtesy or assistance, he acts as though you’re wasting his time. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a public service counter. If USPS truly wants to serve the community, they should address this behavior immediately.
