  I’ve been coming to this post office for several years. They never deliver your mail on time or packages and customer service is horrible except the male that works there he’s nice always has been but if you ask for your mail after 10 am and packages the lady’s won’t give them to you when u ask for them so please be aware if you get a P.O. Box there because delivery and mail and packages are days late always

  Sucks to have to post a 1 star, but it comes with a reason. This post office has been my post office for my po box for about 4yrs now. However for the past almost year, they have delayed every single package ive ordered. Two other post office have recieved the packages and have to ship them back to this office every single time, but informed me that this post office has a fun habit of not wanting to sort the mail, so they sent it off to be resorted at other offices and even the Phoenix sort office so that they can delay actually putting the packages in the po boxes or actually completing delivery. For almost a year now, this office has sent every single package on this path. I never ever get a package in the time im supposed to and it never ever gets delivered to my box without being pushed around to the 85206 and 85215 offices at least 4 times every single time. The only person who actually cares is rarely seen anymore, but the others who work there do not care and have actually blamed me for a package being resorted or not delivered. One time a package was hidden behind a wall at this office, dont know why, but the office worker got mad at ME asking me why it was back there, to which I had to say "I dont work here and have no way to get behind the service line, so I dont know." This office used to be nice, but now you pay almost $200 a year for a small box, for your things to be delivered weeks late because they dont want to do it, and you get met with really rude people at the desk. Im sitting here writing this with yet another package going through sorting doom for the past 2 weeks. Pick literally any other post office, because I sure wont be renewing my po box after it expires this year. And no, your complaints to the post office, post master, and even the usps customer service on the website gets you no where. I dont know why this post office keeps doing this, but its been almost a year of just ridiculousness.

  I use the self service kiosk and the flat rate boxes for my shipping needs. Easy. Efficient and can skip the line. Recommend.
