The approx. 45yo female white employee refused to help customers and the manager refused to provide his name or assist even though there was a line of about 5-10 people, leaving only one customer service staff to assist them about 1 hour before close. The approximately 35yo, pregnant??? (sorry) w/f, was amazing with customers and was helping as quickly as she could. She was extremely nice and easily gets 5 stars from me. The rest of the staff I had interaction with makes the 2.8 rating understandable as people waited in line for 10+ minutes.
