Then I am told I need a box number, which I was never provided with. Then to call a 3rd party and pay for keys. I already paid this post office for keys. Finally they decide to refund me. Still I am stuck waiting for access to my mail for possibly another two weeks until keys are provided. Absolutely worse post office experience I have ever had.
