Some of the most helpful and friendly employees I have encountered anywhere in the past few years! They're always patient when folks have a lot of packages or aren't quite sure of their options, and hardly ever have lines thanks to their quick service. They really set the bar for exceptional customer support. Another plus I see here is it's almost always the same folks working, which to me typically indicates good management & leadership creating a positive workplace that incentives loyal, high-quality employees. Very grateful this is my nearest UPS store, and even if it weren't, I'd likely go a little out of my way to come here depending on the service needed.
