Had a feeling my document would be rejected. It was. Came back to try and get another copy notarized and I was greeted by another employee and told to wait a few mins. I see the woman talking to her boss for about 15 mins with no help or acknowledgment to me, so I just left. Something that would’ve taken 3 mins to help me with and move on. Guess they don’t value notary services.

I wanted at least 7 labels printed for the scheduled pick up that I had, and the lady at the front advised that the label was only for one box and they can’t print multiple labels because it would only scan for one of the boxes which is not specified on their website when you are trying to schedule a pick up so I had the lady print off one label for me and then I decided to call customer service and the gentleman on the phone advised I could print off multiple Copies of the one label and stick it on several boxes so which is the correct answer? I’m tired of getting the runaround. I just ended up canceling the pick up because this has been a very frustrating experience.
