    This place is under new ownership. They’ve upgraded it, however with Amazon returns even if there are two people there on their phones they make you go to the “kiosk”. Then as you’re struggling at the kiosk five people will come in with the employees and get you in and out of there in a few seconds. They’ll ignore you the entire time too as they are goofing off and won’t even help you or invite you over so they can just finish the return. Terrible training on owners part. You’re paying for the employees already and the new kiosks is not quick enough. I’ll update this review if this is addressed better. But for now, I know that I’ll drive my business elsewhere and I hope everyone else does the same. I’ve witnessed so many frustrated customers already this past week so hoping this will be a wake up call. Including a woman in tears who was so frustrated with the machine because she was scolded the last time she was at this location to use it. Service should always come first no matter what that’s what you’re hired for. Previously if there was a long line the people came out with their phones or opened up another station to get you in and out as possible. The system should have been tested and make it easier next time especially if you have people on their phones barely acknowledging you. Terrrrrible. I was going to post the names of the employees but both of them at two separate times said it.

    Great job by Ashwant. He helped me get my mobile scooter from my car to the store. He helped me with packing the scooter, printing out shipping labels.

    They do not honor discounts advertised on the UPS website. They're very disrespectful about it. The woman with long straight hair was extremely rude. They're a franchise, so I guess its their right to deny corporate promotions, but they didnt need to be so rude about it. The guy with the shaved head and tattoos was nice, but he was in the back when the woman took over.

    Drake, was very rude and was very disrespectful. I needed to help emailing the tag, after asking him for help for the email address. Idk why but he looked at me like I had it. After realizing I didn't, He goes and grabs a business card tosses to me. the card was the GM card haha. I felt like I was an inconveniencing for him because of me needing assistance. He huffed and puffed the whole interaction, I finally I told him he to go help somebody else and I would do it. It was so uncomfortable with me being around him and the attitude. I apologize to him, that I don't know the proper procedures. It honestly made me feel like an idiot and embarrassed me front of multiple people. So asked one of your other staff to assist me finish, so I didnt have to deal with him again. Shankar your a awesome dude we have had some cool conversation in the past about life but I will not be returning for a while, man. I asked where you, they said you were out of town. I'll go a little further where I am not made to look like a fool or an inconvenience to anyone else.
