The older gentleman and his assistant were clearly busy today but made time, with a smile, to get my shipment packed and shipped out even though I arrived as the last UPS pick-up was about to leave for the day. I am all over the valley dropping packages can be time-consuming when the people behind the counter aren't paying attention to those who already have everything wrapped up and ready to go with labels attached. I have waited in some stores up to 30 minutes for the person behind the counter to recognize I have a prepaid envelope already labeled just to give to them. The staff at McKellips and Gilbert have always been alert to everyone walking in the door and I have never had to wait more than just a couple minutes, that's incredible customer service compared to all the other UPS stores around the valley. I love that when I walk in and smile I always get a smile back! The staff here are beautiful people! They have provided excellent customer service everytime we have come into this store! He is super helpful! Thank you!
