  For Amazon returns this store is superb. Self serve option works really well. Never thought returns to be so easy. The counter staff are always fast, friendly and very helpful. Why go any place else?

  The employees working on this date were super helpful and attentive. Donald specifically who helped package my order handled it with utmost care and attention to detail, showed how everything was packed, etc. Thank you!

  All the staff is always willing to go beyond the call of duty!! I have been ill and called ahead of time to see if they could print out my label for a return, which Joel did that for me. He made it so much much easier for me to get in and out quickly! Thank you..

  I've been using UPS store for over 20 years and this location for 7 years or more, and I have never had a bad experience until today. I was attempting to return a jacket, and I asked the cashier, Donald "The low and fast talker", what the costs would be to ship the box I had to the address on the label. He weighed out the package and took some funky measurements, and said that the cheapest rate was going to be $58!!! I asked him to explain to me why it was so much. Was it the dimensions? The weight? I was shocked because shipping from Gilbert, AZ., to Hudson, OH 44236 should normally be half that.... he/she said, Well, if you don't like the price, don't ship it with us, I said, "I'm asking you a valid question, Donny, don't be rude, just give me a reasonable and truthful answer...." His dirty looks persisted, and then he/she mumbled some sort of foul nonsense under their breath. Things escalated to the point of no return. It's also when Donny Boy started giving me hard looks and said, "GET OUT OF MY STORE!!!" AND DON'T COME BACK!!! LMAO!!! Needless to say, I won't be going to this UPS Store location ever again, and why should I? I got the parcel shipped at the US Post Office up the street for $30 with a delivery window of 3 days....not to mention the staff was AWESOME!!! Let's just get this straight, locals aren't going to put up with rudeness, bad attitudes, and obnoxious employees anymore. #1 rule of running a business: BE RESPECTFUL & COURTEOUS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT ARE 6.5 AND 300 LBS!!! 0 out of 5 Stars!!!
