  This is the worst FedEx office I've ever been to! They clearly have no idea what they're doing. I arrived yesterday with my preprinted shipping label ready to put on the box of shoes that I was returning. He tells me we don't ship in shoe boxes.. although I have the email that clearly states to ship the package (shoes) back in the shoebox that it was shipped to me in. I tried explaining this to him as I showed him the previous shipping label on the shoe box that had been shipped to me from FedEx. He just wanted to keep telling me we don't ship in shoe boxes and that they could repack it for me for $8. I took my package to the next FedEx down the road at Walgreens and they put it through just fine. Re-educate the employees at your power store!! UPS is much less hassle

  Super nice customer service representatives and quick/efficient service. I walked in, dropped off my box, and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. It’s right off the freeway as well!

  My first time to use Fedx for coping and faxing. I ask one of the employees where the fax machine was located in the place. He rudely pointed toward the area. Never looked at me. I ask for help using the machine and he was really put out with me. He said these are self serve. I ask again if he could show me the process . I needed use my card first to pay and he push the $50. For a few copying and faxing . This gets charged to my credit card immediately . Even though I did not come close to this . He walked away before I was through . I was polite to him and thanked him for helping at first. I’ve never seen such an unhappy person. Maybe he is going through something bad at home or has some problems I don’t know. The manager needs to check on him because either he is a jerk or he needs help.

  This location refused to accept a monitor being sent for RMA because it was only in its original box despite fedex delivering its replacement the same way in just its normal box, the fedex store a few miles down the road on baseline/Val Vista accepted it no problem go there instead.

  I was very pleased with the whole painless experience. I came in with a package that was difficult for me to carry while driving my wheelchair so I really appreciated the automatic sliding doors (the first place I tried to drop it off at didn't have one and it took me about 5 minutes to get in that building. They said they couldn't read my QR code for the shipping label so they sent me here). Before I even got to the desk, an agent took the package off my lap, scanned my code, printed the label and I was on my way, probably faster than it took to enter the other place!
