Then I ask for assistance and he gives attitude saying, something like you have choices meaning don’t use our services or come in. I told him I do wouldn’t be using them again. I just asked a simple question that could have been responded with a simple answer.
- ZZzeJan 13, 20261.0Yet again FedEx way too lazy to deliver the package to my front door and drops it off in the Amazon locker room in the public where everybody steals packages. Why would I want my $700 packages+ dropped off in the public waiting area instead of to my front door where my ring camera is where I can immediately know I have a delivery?? You guys do this every time and your staff is way too lazy. It clearly says my apartment number and not the main complex public lobby which is not intended for packages. That's a mail room for secure packages in an Amazon locker not for you to just drop off large packages.
