  Terrible experience. I used their service to try and serve legal court documents (required delivery for signature and time sensitive). I clearly stated I needed signature delivery and even gave a specific time of day for delivery attempt to make sure the person could sign it (they give you that option to choose time frame). They instead processed it for no signature required. Put it under the person's matt in front of their door. So I did not have my signature proof of delivery. Then I was told I could get it shipped again the right way for free, but when I go to the store, the manager was on vacation and no one available to do it for free, so I had to pay again for this shipment, gave specific day to deliver (it was literally on the order--July 8th scheduled delivery). All to make sure the person would be home to sign. What does the driver do? They "delivered" it July 6, 2025 instead and the signature on the tracking info is not a person I know at all and the delivery location was listed as "shipping center". So I launched a ticket to find out where this delivery attempt was even done why it was done 2 days earlier than scheduled. What is the result of the so called "investigation"? They say they were "unable to locate". So literally no answer. This is the worst situation every. They are messing with people's lives. These are court documents. Out of control!! I will never go there again. And for my pain and suffering, all I get is $27.15 refund (hopefully, since I am still waiting for the results of my request).

  Nice people and quick service. I deal with this location a lot for work, and they are very accommodating, collaborative, and knowledgeable. Something I don't always get from other FedEx locations.

  I took a box to them with 2 items in it to have packing materials added and have it shipped. When the box arrived it only contained 1 item. Don't know what happened, but I suspect that it did not get placed back in the box as they were adding the packing materials. This was shipped back in December 2013, I filed a claim in Jan. 2014 and am still waiting for a decision on whether they are going to pay the claim. I have jumped through more hoops than I have ever done for any company. Just a sampling of what has been required thus far - 2 claim forms (one online, one printed and faxed), letter explaining the loss with a picture of the item lost, cash register receipt, shipping label receipt, and a breakdown of the cost for the item lost. Last week they called to say they were sending a check out and this morning I receive a call saying they were stopping payment on that check for two reasons. First she accidentally paid the wrong amount on the claim, she paid all of the insured amount when I was only claiming the insured amount for the one item. Second, the local office that did the packaging called and they are looking for a better copy of the cash register receipt showing the details and security footage. So, why didn't they call months ago instead of 4 months later. I think it is all stall tactics and does not say a lot in favor of how Fedex feels about their customers and retaining continued business with them. I would not use them again in the future and absolutely not this office. And did I say that this box was for items from a charity raffle that were being shipped to the winners and contained a gift basket and a quilt in and it cost me over $60 to ship! Perhaps they should tack that on to the claim also!
