- IAImani AJul 20, 20251.0Terrible experience. I used their service to try and serve legal court documents (required delivery for signature and time sensitive). I clearly stated I needed signature delivery and even gave a specific time of day for delivery attempt to make sure the person could sign it (they give you that option to choose time frame). They instead processed it for no signature required. Put it under the person's matt in front of their door. So I did not have my signature proof of delivery. Then I was told I could get it shipped again the right way for free, but when I go to the store, the manager was on vacation and no one available to do it for free, so I had to pay again for this shipment, gave specific day to deliver (it was literally on the order--July 8th scheduled delivery). All to make sure the person would be home to sign. What does the driver do? They "delivered" it July 6, 2025 instead and the signature on the tracking info is not a person I know at all and the delivery location was listed as "shipping center". So I launched a ticket to find out where this delivery attempt was even done why it was done 2 days earlier than scheduled. What is the result of the so called "investigation"? They say they were "unable to locate". So literally no answer. This is the worst situation every. They are messing with people's lives. These are court documents. Out of control!! I will never go there again. And for my pain and suffering, all I get is $27.15 refund (hopefully, since I am still waiting for the results of my request).

Then the guy said I must have had it on the wrong side paper for the printer option ( I didn't set up the computer or printer). By the end of it I got charged $23.95 and didn't get one thing I tried to print out. Then the guy vanished and wasn't even offered a refund. Funny thing is that I am very tech savvy and this is the 2nd time this exact thing has happened here. I will no longer bring any of my business to fed ex. Also if like to point out to everyone that this has happened to numerous other people hence all the comments about the same problem. Management needs to step in and train staff to not vanish and ensure the problem is resolved.
