  I want to thank the folks at FedEx office for printing up a gag gift for a friend! Not only did the folks behind the counter join in on the laughter but my friend found it funny as heck! The quality was amazing for a quick picture snapped on a cell and the turnaround time was perfect for me to get it mounted before he got home. Here's the story: As soon as I landed at PHX my buddy picked me up and drove me to his work. He then gave me the keys to his car and his doggo and told me to go unpack at his place and enjoy the city. Well as fate would have it as soon as I get to his place his doggo decided it was the perfect time to go to the bathroom. So I snapped a quick pic, sent it to fedex office and got the perfect gag gift printed up. I got the gift the same day in the afternoon and mounted it to his bathroom wall before he got home. The laughs that ensued were amazing and he is now keeping it up as a fun reminder of our time. Thanks Fedex!

  Poor customer service on a Friday morning. Machine was scanning copies in landscape even though the setting was in portrait. I asked the employee to check the scanner itself, because I was concerned I would have a landscape copy on my flash drive. I told her that this doesn't happen at other locations She was very frustrated with me and said it just shows up landscape in the preview and it's always like that. Well my document was landscape in my flash drive.
