- SJScott JessupFeb 8, 20261.0Very disorganized! Dropped off a package for FedEx Express 2 day delivery to the East coast. They did not check the self check in bin so all the packages that customers dropped off did not get put on the truck to ship, instead sat overnight Losing a full shipping day! Absolutely unacceptable when shipping time sensitive items. Do not recommend a much more reliable shipper is directly across the street next to Red White and Brew!

I told lady I was shipping fragile China dishes which I double boxed, I asked her twice if they could place labels on my 5 boxes stating Fragile & This Side Up & she said Yes. However, she lied to my face & did not place Fragile labels on any boxes. One to two dishes broke in every box & one outer box broke & they put the inner box in UPSIDE DOWN so plates broke. These people are incompetent & lazy, and they lied to me. I am a senior citizen and I was not given the service I asked for. Why didn’t you tell me that you would not label the boxes so that I could go somewhere else & get service by qualified people. Do the staff here receive any sort of training or do they just not care. A year ago I shipped China dishes from a different Fedex office & nothing wad broken! Beware of this office!

Packages delayed, tracking all over the place, and no one could tell me where my shipment actually was. This isn’t a personal Amazon order — this is business equipment that affects my income. FedEx cost me time, money, and customers. Customer service was useless and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. If you care about your business or deadlines, do not use FedEx.
