  I never knew shredding could be so easy ! From the beginning of my interaction with Reggie to find out how it all works, then McKenna to set up the shredding, and on to Santiago who actually does the shredding everything has been as smooth as silk. We were greeted with a smile, some through the phone and others in person. I felt like the only customer on the planet! The staff at Cutters is Top Notch and you can tell from the pricing that they care more about people than they do about money. If I start a company I want it to have the same ethics, staff and care as Cutters does. I will be a customer for life.

  Too often we are quick to reach out to a company when things go bad. I wanted to be sure to take the time to do quite the opposite! When I spoke to you the morning of June 27th and informed you that the trucks hadn’t showed up at the time discussed you acknowledged it was a miscommunication on your part and you took responsibility. I appreciate the honesty and ownership! This is an art lost, as we tend to place blame on others or find fault in any else’s short comings. When to first “kiddo” (I apologize I don’t remember his name) showed up he arrived within the time frame you stated (within a half an hour). He announced who he was, announced the company he was with and shook my hand! Thoroughly impressed! He was polite, courteous and very professional. He understood that he was representing Cutters, despite whatever was going on behind the scenes with trucks it wasn’t transmitted onto me. He took the time to view the areas where the trucks would be set up, wasn’t rushed or annoyed. He then politely explained that he would need to go fill up the truck with fuel and would be right back. At this time another “kiddo” showed up and again – he was very polite, courteous and professional. It was not unrecognized by many of my co-workers that these young gentleman were trained to be professional and respectful while out in the field. They have restored a part of my faith in today’s humanity. Upon completion they informed me as such and thanked me for our business. Once again – shook my hand and told me to have a nice day. While these actions may seem to be second nature to many of us, it is apparent that you have trained your employees to show respect to others. I thank you for not only doing a wonderful job at completing my shredding needs but also thank you for doing a commendable job at having integrity and honesty within yourself and your employees. A Job Well Done!
