  I have been a client of Blue Key IT for over four years now and I don’t know how I have survived without them. My business is dependent on blue key and the technical services they provide. I have a small company of 15+ people and every one of them occasionally has challenges or specifically when we on board new Platforms into our company. Blue key is always there to take the call and to walk us through it remotely. They have even gone the extra mile of sending independent agents to our place of business to verify and coordinate new systems or in the instance of moving from our last office location to our new location and making sure everything went seamless. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people that they hire an employee. They are all very confident and professional to work with. They have been my secret weapon for a long time but now it’s gotten out so I might as well let everyone know that I put them at the highest level of any companies needs and wants for IT services.

  If you are considering working with Blue Key IT, proceed with extreme caution. Within a short period of engaging their services, we experienced a series of serious security failures that we had never encountered in over five years of operating our business. We were notified by an external IT firm that phishing emails were being sent from our domain. This was immediately escalated to Blue Key IT. Less than 24 hours later, our systems were compromised, resulting in a complete disruption to our operations. Equally concerning was the response. There was no clear direction, no sense of urgency, and no effective incident management from the team responsible for our IT security. We were left without meaningful support during a critical situation and found ourselves driving the response rather than being led by qualified professionals. Additionally, system and email access occurred without clear communication or prior authorization, raising serious concerns regarding internal controls and security practices. Based on these events, we made the decision to terminate services immediately due to a complete loss of confidence in their ability to manage and protect our systems. An IT provider should deliver security, accountability, and competent response in moments that matter most. That standard was not met.
