These people do not know what they’re doing when I was they’re to pick up a package for my dog who needs to be wearing sunglasses due to an eye issue. I went in there and asked where it was delivered as it said at the post office. So I went in there and she asked for the address and walked around the corner and asked for the tracking number walked around the corner again this person wasn’t even gone half a second both times and then called The driver she said, she scanned it when it came back while on the phone with him, but then she told me it was delivered at that address, which was not true, I was there Friday at 4 PM by the time I got home and seen it wasn’t there. They were already closed and no package. Y’all really need to get your stuff together I knew these people didn’t know what they were doing when I was there!!! Absolutely horrible, If you want to get mail delivered or packages, have it delivered somewhere else? Don’t even use this post office if you don’t have to. My dog can’t even be outside during the day due to his eye treatments with Panis And I explained that while I was in the office that I needed that package for my dog, Definitely could have figured it out if she knew what she was doing along with the driver it took two people to not figure out where it was at And or Blatantly LIED to my face
