My address is clearly recognized by GPS systems, and I have already successfully received packages. However, I was notified by text message that my recent package is being returned to sender due to an alleged issue with the address. I was not contacted by phone, given an opportunity to schedule a retry, or provided with a timeframe to pick up the package. As a result, the item is now being returned and is out of stock, leaving me unable to replace it. This situation is extremely disappointing. My understanding is that when a new address is established and approved by the city or county, that information is communicated to USPS. I would appreciate clarification on why my address is being treated as invalid and what steps are needed to ensure future deliveries are not disrupted. Please advise on how this issue can be corrected as soon as possible so that mail and packages can be delivered reliably to my address. Thank you for your time and assistance. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but she was clerk#2 on the receipt!! The U.S. Postal Service, is very lucky to have her as an employee!! Thanks to her for being such a wonderful person!!! This was at the Mayer post office in Az. 86333.
