    Extremely disappointed what happened this evening. Yes, I had only had 9 minutes left before they locked the door behind be, mind you they let 3 others in eith 1 minute left. To have the postal lady say Oh My God, how many do you have. I had 6 yellow envelopes that would have gone out certified mail. Maybe think about what others might be dealing with lady, like the loss of a parent. I did not need to hear that as I stepped up to the counter. The lady with the long gray hair did not make me feel good at all. I walked out. Very rude, I to deal with the public and it can be difficult when someone comes in towards the end of a shift. I still have to smile and help my guests out no matter what. It's bad enough prices go up around us but to get bad customer service this has definitely made me rethink who I will be sending inportant documents and packages despite if I have to pay a bit more.

    Inconsistent mailing. I've sent out letters and packages plenty of times in a bubble mailers with no issue, today I was sent back all of my packages with a sticky note attached to them saying "bubble mailers are considered packages" when I have never run into this issue before. I have already paid postage and paid for packages. 1 star is not low enough

    Really don't understand all of the seriously negative reviews here. I'm sure that none of these folks are lying, but I personally have had only fast, efficient, and super friendly service from this office for the last 8 years. I actually look forward to popping in to drop off an item, file a vacation hold, or pick up a parcel. While we have certainly had more than a few mis-directed parcels, we live in a community that is all owned and operated by an HOA, so the whole development is private property and the Post Office personnel don't do the final delivery. The Post Office delivers all if the mail to one location and a private contractor handles final individual box delivery. Even so, we have had more packages mis-delivered by Fed-Ex Home Delivery than by the Postal folks. We've lived all over the country and always had great service by the USPS in general, and this Post Office in particular. If you've ever lived outside the U.S. you would realize that we pay these folks the biggest compliment by taking them completely for granted. We just assume everything will be perfect and we get all bent out of shape when it isn't. Compared to the rest of the world, our postal system is absurdly cheap and super reliable. In England it costs the equivalent of $1.71 to mail a domestic letter, here it's $.73 and you KNOW it's going to get there, even to the other side of the continent, in less than 5 days, probably MUCH less.

    We had an issue with my son sending us a package and he messed up our house number! That is such a nightmare and I thought we would never find his package... I was so wrong! Denise helped us and that same day we had the package (less than 2 hours later!). I am so pleased with the quick, efficient and nice people there. Thank you so much for helping me out. :)
