- DMDawn Marino6 days ago1.0Click and Shipp was down, brought package to this location and I was told I have nothing to do with Click and Shipp. Great customer service the man at the counter used to be nice when he first started today yesterday and the day before he was late opening, not very friendly and not very willing to help a customer. Good job.

It honestly shocks me that he's still there, I do not understand how people would pay someone to just be a body standing behind a counter, not willing to help people. I know it's just a post office, but good customer service should not be too much to ask for. In general not a fan of this post office and its employees. The mail carriers will lie and say mailboxes are full or no one answered when they aren't and they never checked. (Camera proof)sometimes they come to your house and deliver packages.Other times they won't.It's so frustrating and inconsistent .

Don't expect a greeting when you arrive; you'll be too distracted by the sheer negativity coming off the guy. If you despise your job that much, you should probably find a new one. Before it was my turn, I watched him huff and roll his eyes at an older gentleman who was just trying to be friendly. When he finally helped me, he didn't say a word. He just scanned my package and handed me the receipt. I'm not a picky customer, but the miserable energy was overwhelming. My advice? Just go to a different location. Scanning packages is too overwhelming for the guy apparently.
