This is by far the worst USPS location in Arizona! I could give you numerous stories about lost mail, Inability to respond to forwarding requests, Two packages sent back to sender Despite correct address One thing about the US Postal Service, no one is Accountable, no one is responsive, and no one has pride in their job. The US Postal Service needs to be privatized. The current management of this vital service is completely numb to the complaints A poor service or no service. You will notice that there are no responses to anyone’s issues on this site or any site offering ratings or suggestions. To state that frustration is high would be a disservice. As stakeholders in this important function The US deserves a better system for delivering packages and mail. We are the richest country in the world and we have third world male service. Disgusting. And I am confident that no one in the US Postal Service is Going to respond or even acknowledge this complaint or any other others.

Yes, I agree. I never thought I'd be writing a review. For a post office. But there is an individual in there that works behind the counter. His name is James. And he could care less about customer service, giving him an F on all levels. For example, I went in the day after Christmas. For an express package. He could care less. Took his time. Didn't even want to look for it. He told me to step aside and get out of line, I said. I'm not gonna get out of line till you find my package. He then raised his voice and said. "Get out of line, step to the left". Luckily for me. My carrier was in the building. And took the extra time to find the package. On another occasion I went. The middle of the day. To buy stamps. I had a $100 bill on me. And needed a book of stamps. Once again, this individual. Just looked at me. And sternly said. I can't break this. It's the United States Post Office, I said. And left. Do not go to this branch under any circumstances. Use the one on Cortaro. I promise you will see the difference in customer service. They are excellent. At the Cortaro branch.

I never thought I would write a review for a post office. I don't even know how to express how much this branch is a terrible facility. I was told the manager would call me regarding a "lost" package. After not being given a slip about attempted to deliver-never happened. I work from home. No one attempted anything. Clearly the staff here doesn't care about your issues or helping. Appears that it was likely stolen by a carrier who never provided an attempted or some other staff at the location . I will be escalating this. To be treated rudely and ignored by multiple here is unacceptable. Don't tell me you'll call me and provide an update if you have no intention of doing this. How many negative reviews does a place need to be done something about? Thanks for making my holiday season that more difficult.

Well, here I am writing a review about local post office. Seriously, I'm 61 and never, and I mean never, have I been motivated to write a review about a specific post office. There is one man there, though, that every time I have the luck of standing before him, he frustrates the hell out of me. And, I've watched him do the same with other people. Seriously USPS, listen to what sooo many of us are telling you. Either give him some training/coaching or keep him away from direct contact with people. His passive aggressive conduct coupled with portrayed disdain for customers is exhausting and frustrating.

The teller here is super rude and has a thousand yard stare. Brought a box in to ship and needed one single piece of tape on top. Although they have several tape guns sitting there, the guy told us we needed to buy a role. Male this make sense. It cost us 50 dollars to ship the box. Next to literally nothing for 12 inches of tape…but the teller, being stuck in whatever mindset he was in, lost the sale. Does it matter…no…however somewhere else got the business. This post office is terrible everytime I go in there and they do more to not solve problems then they do to fix them.
