The teller here is super rude and has a thousand yard stare. Brought a box in to ship and needed one single piece of tape on top. Although they have several tape guns sitting there, the guy told us we needed to buy a role. Male this make sense. It cost us 50 dollars to ship the box. Next to literally nothing for 12 inches of tape…but the teller, being stuck in whatever mindset he was in, lost the sale. Does it matter…no…however somewhere else got the business. This post office is terrible everytime I go in there and they do more to not solve problems then they do to fix them.

Another "not" delivered package by the Marana USPS even though they say it was delivered. No one answers the phone (as we all know but do not accept). On line of course they stick by "it was delivered" so you file a missing package claim and will ultimately hear nothing from them. If you get ahold of someone via the national call center they "file a claim" for you and again, you will not hear from or get much resolution if any. If this was a non-government business it would have been out of business many years ago. The USPS has zero interest in customer service. It's the same issue again months later. Actually ZERO stars.

I have had nothing but issues with this place! When we first moved into our home I contacted them because we were receiving all of the old owners mail still. Instead of stopping their mail they stopped ours and caused so many issues for us because they couldn’t figure out what was going on. Finally I got it fixed but that’s after late bills and I had one company send me to collections. Today I had medicine sent in the mail and they left a note saying nobody answered the door and that it needed to be signed for. My family had been home all day and nobody knocked on my door or rang the door bell. I had been tracking my medicine because I really needed it. I got home from work and was livid to find that note. I NEEDED MY MEDICINE and now I have to wait until Monday. I have never had issues with the post office until I moved here. This post office is garbage!

I went into this post office during the posted walk-in hours (Wednesdays, 10am–11am) and asked James a simple question. His response was to sigh and roll his eyes, which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior to greet any customer with. When I explained that I was told walk-ins were available at this time, he cut me off, dismissed me, and refused to have a normal conversation, even though the lobby was completely empty. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative encounter with James. I have experienced the same cold and rude behavior from him before at the Marana location. This type of attitude is unacceptable for someone working in a public-facing role where basic courtesy and communication are expected. If James cannot treat people with respect, then he should not be the first face customers see when walking into the post office. A job that involves serving the public requires patience, professionalism, and kindness, qualities that were completely absent in my interaction today.
