  I had to bring in my two young boys in for a notary and Austin was way more than patient and attentive to us throughout the chaos. He was super professional, quick and personable! Even gave us great music recommendations!

  I was surprised that UPS provided the printing service and not only that, I feel like it was such personal yet professional service. I was printing a prayer gift for my niece’s wedding I am going to officiate in March. I wanted to present the prayer, a sort of family heirloom, in a beautiful and sentimental way. Ashley of UPS on Thornydale was over and beyond helpful. I am so grateful to her and to the quality of service and workmanship I received.

  After being on the phone with customer service for ever I finally had the pleasure of getting help from Austin at the store. He is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable human being!

  I was having the hardest time with my packages and then I got help from a wonderful young man named Austin. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!

  The UPS team in the Thornydale & Tangerine Store, Marana, AZ. is BY FAR the best in the Marana & Oro Valley area. They are not the closest UPS store to my home, yet this is the ONLY STORE I WILL GO TO. The team is ALWAYS FRIENDLY when I walk in and finds a second to greet everyone when they walk in. If an employee is busy with other tasks, they will stop and assist me if all other team members are serving other customers. Today was no exception. My wife and I came in for the Notary service and I also had 3 packages to drop off for shipping. Austin met us at the kiosk with a huge smile and a kind greeting. He immediately dealt with my packages (b4 I even realized what he was doing since I've never needed to use the Kiosk b4) I mentioned that to him so he showed me how to do it! When I said we also needed a Notory he said he was our man! Once I got the reciept for my packages, we stepped over to the counter and 10 mins later we were both done!!! He also mentioned when the notary services were available and even took a sec to jot that down that info for us as we use the service fairly regularly. This is, BY FAR, THE BEST UPS STORE IN THE EAST MARANA & ORO VALLEY AREA!
