- AAAshleyJan 5, 20261.0Awful experience at this store! Sent a Christmas present on the 22nd & the package got lost & shipped back to the store. We had no idea because the tracking would never update! So we called the store to find out where it was and come to find out it was at the store this whole time. It was received back at the store on the 30th. We actually called the store on the 30th and the gentleman who helped us told us that it was to be delivered to the destination a day after New Year’s Day. So it had been sitting there at the store for 6 days & nothing. Samantha at the store was rude & unhelpful. It’s crazy since she’s the one who signed for the package & she said she never remembers doing so. My husband called the next day to speak to the manager Irma, who was even LESS helpful & wasn’t apologetic one bit. Seeing how she handled the situation lets me know what type of manager she is & also shows why her employees are just as untrained.
